During the gathering, the Union’s Official Statement and the accompanying statement “Mo’tareze“ were presented in Persian and English.
The statements emphasized the following:
- Freedom and America’s Founding Principles: Participants noted that the gathering coincided with the 250th anniversary of American Independence, highlighting the shared values of liberty, self-determination, and resistance to tyranny that unite the American Declaration of Independence with the aspirations of the Iranian people today.
- Rejecting Appeasement: Participants called upon the United States and democratic governments to reject any agreement or policy that prolongs, legitimizes, finances, or strengthens the Islamic Republic, reaffirming the campaign’s central message: “Do Not Deal with Terrorists.”
- Standing with the Iranian People: The statements emphasized that the Iranian people and the Islamic Republic are not the same, and that Iran’s future belongs solely to its people. Participants expressed their support for a peaceful democratic transition under the leadership of Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi and the victory of the Lion and Sun Revolution.

The Official Statement and the accompanying statement (“Mo’tareze”) were delivered in Persian and English before those in attendance, conveying the Union’s political and humanitarian positions to the public and international observers.
- Symbolic Campaign Activities
Participants displayed Lion and Sun national flags, campaign placards, and the “Real Team Iran” campaign shirts. A symbolic “Empty Chairs” installation was also presented in memory of those who sacrificed their lives for Iran’s freedom, particularly the victims of the January 8–9 massacre.

The gathering received extensive coverage from Thai and international media. Television networks, news agencies, and international photographers documented the event, while Persian-language media outlets reported on the gathering and its central message.
Conclusion of the Gathering
The fifth gathering concluded with the collective singing of patriotic songs, the reading of the Union’s closing message, and an epic rajaz-khāni (defiant patriotic declamation), reaffirming the participants’ commitment to the Iranian people’s struggle for freedom and to the objectives of the Global Week of Action for a Free Iran.
